Epsom & Ewell Planning Policy Consultations

Welcome to the Epsom & Ewell Planning Policy consultation page. This page lists current, forthcoming and previous consultations on the Council’s emerging Planning Policies or proposals in relation to emerging Neighbourhood Plans.

You can make comments on current consultations by completing the online questionnaires or through the specified method as set out in the particular consultation (links to each consultation are set out below).

In order to make comments using the consultation link, you will need to be registered. Please go to the ‘Register’ tab if you are not already registered, otherwise you can log in via the ‘log in’ tab.

If you would like to be notified of any future planning policy consultations please complete your details via ‘Register’ and you will be included on a list to receive any future updates.

Please be aware that the comments you make will be published or summarised and we may publish your name, your organisation alongside the comments. We cannot accept anonymous comments for any consultations.

By submitting your response to a consultation, you are consenting to your contact details being added to the Planning Policy consultation data base, and you may be contacted regarding future planning policy consultations. If you do not want to be contacted for future consultations or for your information retained please make this clear in your response.
